We offer three shipping speeds so you can choose what works for you:
Standard Shipping (Free): Up to 21 business days
Fast Shipping ($4.99): Within 10 business days
Express Shipping ($14.99): Within 7 business days
We process orders in 1–2 business days, and you’ll get tracking info as soon as your package ships.
We want you to love your Bodugi picks. If you’re not happy, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery—unused and in original condition. Just email us at returns@bodugi.com with your order info to start the process. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item arrived damaged.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@bodugi.com. We process orders quickly, so the sooner you reach out, the better chance we have to make the change before shipment.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use that to check the delivery status anytime. If you didn’t get a tracking email, contact us and we’ll help you out.
