Depending on the shipping option you choose:

  • Standard: Up to 21 business days (free)

  • Fast: Around 10 business days ($4.99)

  • Express: Around 7 business days ($14.99)
    Orders process in 1–2 business days, and you’ll get a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Simply click “Sign Up” at the top right of the site, enter your email and a password, and you’re all set! Having an account makes checkout faster, lets you track orders easily, and saves your favorites.

Contact us ASAP at support@bodugi.com. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update your address. If it has, changes may not be possible, and reshipping might be needed.

Returns and Exchanges

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery if they’re unused and in original condition. Contact returns@bodugi.com to start. Return shipping may apply unless the item arrived damaged.

We’re sorry! Please send photos of the damage to support@bodugi.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
